  forecasts and insights.\n\nTom Dalfo is Senior Vice President\, Real Esta
 te Services of PIDC\, Philadelphia’s public-private economic development
  corporation. He is responsible for the sale\, management and acquisition 
 of Philadelphia’s publicly-owned industrial land. From 1999-2002\, Tom w
 as part of a PIDC team focused on the acquisition and redevelopment of for
 mer military facilities closed as part of the Base Realignment and Closure
  Acts (BRAC)\, most notably the former Philadelphia Navy Yard. Since 2003\
 , Tom has managed the sale and acquisition of more than 1\,200 acres of la
 nd in Philadelphia through 150+ transactions.\n\nKim Jacobsen is a Managin
 g Director of Industrial Services at JLL’s Lehigh Valley\, Pennsylvania 
 office and a member of JLL’s Supply Chain &amp\; Logistics Solutions Pra
 ctice group. With a focus on supply chain-driven assets\, Kim is responsib
 le for site selection\, tenant representation and the disposition of indus
 trial real estate for clients throughout the Pennsylvania market. Her prim
