Led by Hilco Redevelopment Partners, this historic transformation turned the former PES Refinery into The Bellwether District, a 1300-acre state-of-the-art campus. This will be one of the biggest life science campuses ever built, so don’t miss out on this unique opportunity for a behind-the-scenes tour.
