Joseph Pierce and Randy Robinson joined Lambda Philly members and guests for a lively discussion regarding the 2020 Elections.
Joseph Pierce has over 10 years’ experience in government relations, campaigns, and fighting for social justice and equal rights. He has worked on statewide campaigns in Florida, served on the leadership team of federal campaigns in Pennsylvania, and operated as campaign manager for city council members in Philadelphia. Joseph has developed and managed political programs for labor unions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Joseph Pierce began his tenure at Mental Health Partnerships in August of 2019. As Director of Government Relations & Advocacy, he serves as MHP’s top government relations executive accountable for planning and leading the organization’s comprehensive and dynamic advocacy program, including efforts directed at the local, state, and federal government.. Joseph has been recognized as a Billy Penn “Who’s Next” top 40 under 40 awardee in Philadelphia. He is also a City & State PA 40 under 40 award recipient.
Randy Robinson is a results-producing Political Consultant and Government Relations Liaison with a proven record of success in planning and leading comprehensive strategies in support of candidates’ and/or organizations’ goals and objectives. He possesses exceptional leadership skills and expertise in directing, creating and steering political outreach strategies. In addition, his strong analytical, written and oral communication skills afford him the ability to maintain consistent and positive interaction with public officials, community stakeholders and targeted constituent groups. He is the Co-founder M R Strategies, LLC, and relentlessly reads and gathers information around the clock, allowing him to give real-time strategic direction. Randy proudly serves on the board of directors for Philadanco, a premiere contemporary ballet company.
